Warm greeting from the Departmental of Chemical Engineering at Government Polytechnic Pen. The Departmental of Chemical Engineering was established in the year 1996 and currently offering Diploma Program with 40 intake students are admitted based on the merit list of their SSC examination. The department has well qualified five faculty dedicated to teaching. All the experienced and devoted faculty members are involved deeply to shape up the career of students. The faculty members keep monitoring on student’s attendance, behaviour and discipline to ensure positive attitude & personality development. The Department has been producing competent Chemical Engineers to the society right from its inception. The Department is well equipped with all the required laboratories as per the curriculum, follows a well-disciplined teaching-learning process.The students after completing the diploma program are absorbed into reputed firms through campus placements. The department has dedicated all the activities for the benefit of chemical industry and society.
